Business Terms And Conditions

This page sets out the terms and conditions ("Business Terms") on which WhoCanTakeMeTo Ltd ("WCTMT", "we", "our" or "us") grants transport businesses access to the WhoCanTakeMeTo platform and portal (the "Portal").

The Portal allows transport businesses to receive transport requests from customers, submit quotes, communicate with customers and manage bookings (together the "WCTMT Services").

These Business Terms apply to any individual or company registering as a transport provider on the Portal ("Business").

By registering as a Business and using the WCTMT Services you confirm that you accept these Business Terms and agree to comply with them.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

The Portal and WCTMT Services are operated by WhoCanTakeMeTo Ltd.

If any conflict arises between these Business Terms and other policies, these Business Terms will take precedence.

3. REGISTERING AS A BUSINESS

To access the Portal you must register as a Business and create an account.

During registration you may be asked to provide:

• Business name
• Contact details
• Business address
• Insurance documentation
• VAT number (if applicable)
• Any additional information reasonably required by us

You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity carried out under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Business Terms have been breached.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED TO BUSINESSES

Following registration we may provide services including the ability to:

• Create a business listing on the platform
• Receive transport requests from customers ("Jobs")
• Submit quotes for Jobs
• Communicate with customers through the Portal

When a customer accepts your quote, any agreement for transport services is made directly between you and the customer.

WCTMT is not a party to that agreement.

5. MEMBERSHIP FEES

To access the WCTMT Services businesses must subscribe to the platform and pay the applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee").

Subscriptions may be offered on either a monthly or annual basis as specified during registration.

Subscription Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change Subscription Fees by providing at least 30 days notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. SUCCESS FEES

Where applicable, a success fee ("Success Fee") may be charged when a Business secures a Job through the platform.

Details of applicable Success Fees will be displayed within the Portal.

Businesses agree to notify WCTMT when they accept a Job through the platform.

Success Fees remain payable even if the Job is later cancelled.

7. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

Businesses using the Portal agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Ensure quotes provided to customers are honest and not misleading
• Provide services professionally and lawfully
• Comply with all applicable transport regulations and licensing
• Maintain appropriate insurance for services provided

You are solely responsible for the services you provide to customers.

8. USE OF CUSTOMER DATA

Customer information provided through the Portal may only be used for the purpose of responding to transport requests and completing bookings.

Businesses must comply with all applicable data protection laws when using customer information.

9. PAYMENTS

All payments under these Business Terms must be made in Pounds Sterling.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

If payment fails or remains unpaid we reserve the right to suspend your account until payment is received.

10. DISCLAIMERS

WCTMT provides a platform connecting customers and transport providers.

We do not guarantee that businesses will receive a specific number of transport requests or jobs.

We do not verify all information submitted by customers and cannot guarantee its accuracy.

11. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Business Terms.

Businesses may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us in writing.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of Subscription Fees already paid.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Business Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
